 Middle/Senior Adult MinistryMission Statement:
The mission of the Middle / Senior Adult Ministry is to activate people from age 50 and above. This program provides activities that foster fellowship, spiritual growth, and outreach. Opportunities and Activities: Every Sunday: Bible Fellowship Classes – There are several available; find the one that best serves your needs.
Wednesday Nights: Get involved in a Life University Class. There are several to choose from.

Saturday, Feb. 25, 2012 - Middle/Senior Adult Catered Meal
Join us on Saturday, February 25, at 12:00 noon in the Apex, for a delicious catered meal with Lee’s Famous Recipe chicken. Special entertainment features Chyrell Lynn, whom everyone loves, and the musical styling of Ron McCubbins on the organ. Tickets are $10.00 and are available in the bookstore February 5, 12, and 19.
Saturday, April 28, 2012 - One Day Bus Trip – Bullitt County Treasures
Come with us and board the Toby Tours motorcoach at 8:00 a.m. Take in the beauty at Bernheim Arboretum with a step on guided tour of the beautiful gardens, tranquil lakes and more. Enjoy a home-cooked lunch (included) at Slow Poke Farms. Spend some time on the farm visiting the craft and antique shops. In the afternoon we will stop at Zappo’s Warehouse known for its close-out prices on shoes and more. We will visit the Donna Quilt Shop which is known worldwide for the quilt collection. On the way home we will visit Hawks View Gallery. The motorcoach will return to Graceland at approximately 6:00 p.m. Price is $60.00 per person
Saturday, June 30, 2012 – Game Night
Come join us for a night of games, food, and fellowship. We will have a pitch in meal. The meat, beverages, and bread will be provided. Please bring a salad, vegetable, or dessert in a dish with your name clearly marked.
You can either play games or just sit and fellowship! Possible games could include euchre, corn hole, croquet, dominoes, Bunco, checkers, or board games. Bring your favorite non-gambling game with your name on it. Admission = $3.00
Saturday, August 4, 2012 – Stephen Foster Musical
Visit the many shops in downtown Bardstown. A hot buffet lunch is included at the Stephen Foster Restaurant. See an indoor, air conditioned matinee of the Stephen Foster Story. Price = $65.00
Saturday, Oct. 20, 2012 – Fall Bash with Wilburn & Wilburn
Back by popular demand this year is the dynamic father and son singing about The Father and Son. Wilburn & Wilburn delighted you last year and many requested we bring them back. Many people promised to invite others this year. Let’s pack the place out and enjoy great food and great music. Price to be determined.
Sunday, Nov. 4, 2012 – Southern Gospel Night
At 5:00 p.m. we will have our annual concert with the Sons of Liberty and Smith and Company. This is a MSA sponsored event but it is open to everyone. Our crowds are growing so let’s build the momentum by inviting others. There will be a love offering taken.
