- Occasional help in the office to do follow-up for visitors, event preparations, etc.
- Middle school workers, leaders & volunteers for Wednesday nights.
- Volunteers to help set-up for middle school programming on Wednesdays & Sundays.

- Smile Maker Buddies, Special Needs Ministry
- Large Group Communicators for Gear Up (Kid’s Worship) for both 9:00am and 10:30am.
- 9:00a.m. Link Up Sunday School weekly assistant for 3rd Grade Girls
- 10:30a.m. Link Up Sunday School weekly Assistant for Kindergarten, Teacher and two Assistants for 1st Grade, Teacher and two Assistants for 2nd Grade
- Awana Leaders and Listeners, through the school year
- 9 a.m. –Nursery and Preschool 4 Teachers and 4 Helpers each week – presently we have 4 classes with no permanent teacher, and one class that we need to open.
- 9 a.m. – Nursery Team Leader
- 10:30 a.m. –Presently we need MANY Nursery, Preschool and Tots (age 2) Team members, also a Music Leader, Large Group Teacher, Team Leader Frequency is: weekly, every other week or monthly
- Wednesday – Nursery Team Members
- Concession stand volunteers
- Baseball field maintenance
- Coaches & Assistant coaches
- Umpires & Referees
Grounds and Maintenance Ministry
- Mowing volunteers; 2-4 hours a week
- Substitute Mowing volunteers; Cover for vacations & illness; 2-4 hours when needed
- Air filter changing team; 4-6 hours every 6 weeks
- Inspect emergency lights & exit signs; 1-2 hours monthly
- Inspect fire extinguishers; 1-2 hours monthly
- Carpenters helpers; Each Tuesday; build wheelchairramps & help with projects around church; 8:30 a.m.-2 p.m.
- Adult choir members
- Children’s choir members; and adults to help during rehearsals / when the kids sing in church.
- Orchestra members high school and older
- Drama - Young and old are needed for skits (auditions required)
- Easter Service - volunteers are needed in the same areas as above
- Artist Fellowship - quarterly Project Reveal; volunteers to help with special event sets
- Praise Band (auditions required)
- Help organizing props room
- Kiosk workers - Meet, greet and give out information about upcoming events
- Organizers - Serve on Events Planning Committee
- Event Workers - Set up, serve, & clean up for events
- Shoppers - When items or food for events are needed, bargain shoppers to hunt down the best prices
- Publicity - Spread the word about events in the Bible Fellowship classes
- Adult Bible Fellowship Leaders - Adult Bible Fellowship Ministry on Sunday mornings
- Adult Bible Fellowship Greeting Team - Greeters for the Bible Fellowship classes at the Family Life Center
- Graceland Community Outreach - We are involved in several different community outreach programs which takes our service outside the walls of the church.
- Ushers and Greeters Team - Greeting and encouraging people as they come into the services.
- Followup - Phone calls to folks who have missed several Sundays
- Deacons’ Yokefellows - Men willing to assist the deacons in ministry
- Prayer Ministry - Several opportunities to prayer for the needs of the church body and well as weekly prayer requests
- Deaf Ministry - Interpreters to share the worship and message with our deaf attendees
- Nursing Home Ministry - Bible teachers to minister at area nursing homes on Sundays
