Middle School (6th - 8th Grade)

 
 
    June 16                                Mix Parent Meeting in the Loft after the 2nd Service (turn in your balance if you haven't yet)
 
    June 19                                Summer Bible Study Continues!  Each Wednesday in the Loft at 2 p.m.
 
    June 19                                Swimming @ Jeff Aquatic (Need $5 & a travel permit) 3-4:30 p.m.
 
    June 24-28                           Mix Middle School Event in Knoxville, TN
 
    June 26                                 No Summer Bible Study because of Mix
 
    July 3                                    Sweet Frog Outing after Bible Study!  We'll be back at 4:30.  Bring $ for fro yo!
 
    July 5                                    First Friday: Dodgeball & a Cookout from 6-8 p.m.  Meet us in the Big Gym!
 
    July 14-17                             Family VBS

BASIC FORMS
 
 Travel Permit  This form allows you to give permission for your student to travel off the church campus with our student leadership
 2013 Medical Release Form  We require students and parents to sign this form if the student is participating in a Student Ministries trip (like a mission trip)
 Editable Medical Release Form  This is the same form as above, BUT you can make changes on it and save it on your computer so you don't have to rewrite the information for each trip.
 Mission Trip Contract  Students going on mission trips are required to sign and commit to the terms on this form
