Prayer is the foundation and covering for the saints and ministries.  That legal presentation of the rights of why God can move supersedes God’s work.  The believer is admonished to pray by Jesus, Paul, Peter and the leaders down through the centuries.  Ever how simple or frail one may feel, prayer is the key.  Whether one's needs are great or small, prayer is the key.
